Katie Fernandez Vargas
Katie Fernandez-Vargas is a very persistent young student who is beginning her Junior year here at Mountainside High School. She is often described as a quiet or shy person who is mostly talkative around her friends or people she might know, although she has expressed she doesn’t mind the possibility of making new friends or conversing with others. She can also be described as a passionate and determined person as well.
She briefly explained she has lived in Oregon her whole life and that she has future plans to attend college at the University of Oregon after graduation. She has interests in pursuing a career in journalism as reading is one of her favorite hobbies, next to taking walks in the forest, and studying/learning about law school.
