Riley Hoerner is a passionate writer for the News department. Not only does he enjoy reminiscing about his childhood through 2000’s rap but he also loves to do his part to start a conversation about different political topics. Outside of school he spends his time driving his car on backroads, and hanging out with friends. If he were to have any superpower it would be to freeze time so that he would have the ability to save people. One of Riley’s biggest role models is AOC because of the way she speaks and her ability to fight against big corporations. Riley hopes to run for a legislative position at some point in his life and become a US Representative.
